She has been helping others to develop their skills for seven years and is ready to share her experiences and knowledge with you. Testimonials

She was hard on me, in a good way. One of the only coaches I've ever had who was willing to tell me what I needed to work on straight and ask the hard questions. There were no softballs, and it made me better, faster.

— Amber Hulse, Miss South Dakota 2019/2020

I think one of the best parts about working with her, and unmatched by other coaches, is her ability to help you be YOU. My opinion was always mine and she helped me form that into words without inserting her own.

— Miranda O’Bryan, 4th Runner Up Miss South Dakota 2022

I was not coached in the past, afraid it would cause me to lose my personal touch. However, Autumn ensured my personality shined through during my interview. She did not tell me “the right answer” but rather walked through each question I struggled with to understand my thinking and help me come up with a succinct answer.

— Hunter Widvey, Miss South Dakota 2022

Every single question I was asked in my state interview was something Autumn helped me develop a response to and I went in feeling completely prepared to handle any possible question.

— Carly Goodhart, 1st Runner Up Miss South Dakota 2022

Motivation comes from within — and I’m here to help you activate it.
